For the Dixie County School Board, JRA designed the new Old Town Elementary School. The core facilities of the project were designed for 694 student stations with 641 student stations in the initial construction with provisions to add 53 additional student stations.
The school totals 94,098 square feet and replaced a school that had been in continuous service since 1908. The plan was adapted from the Gilchrist County Prototype Design.
