Delaware Valley

JRA Architects was selected by the US Department of Labor to be part of a Design/Build team to help provide design for a major renovation to the Delaware Valley Job Corp. Center located in Callicoon, New York.  The multi-phased project included the re-roofing of the two existing structures.  Totaling over 9,000 square feet, JRA’s design called for the removal of the existing shingle roofing, underlayment, soffits and flashing. It also called for the replacement of all unsatisfactory sheathing and truss members.  After the repairs were complete, a new shingle roof was installed.  The project was completed on an accelerated schedule as to be substantially complete prior to the first December frost of the winter.
