Exchange Bank Building

JRA Designed and completed a total rehabilitation of the historic 1927 Exchange Bank Building located in the center of Tallahassee’s Downtown.  The ground floor and mezzanine space originally occupied by the Exchange Bank was restored to its original splendor complete with marble floors, brass teller cages and coffered plaster ceilings. The original scheme of upper office floors was restored using the original panel doors with Florentine glass, high ceilings, rich millwork and period lighting and colors. Every opportunity was taken to preserve or replicate original elements of this historic structure.
