Goodbread Hills

JRA assisted in securing a grant (Both Hope VI and the Florida Housing Finance Corporation) for the demolition of the Ebony Gardens Housing Project and the construction of the Goodbread Hills Housing Development.  This $20 million development consists of a single three-story independent living facility for seniors containing 70 units.  The structure contains 16 - 600 square foot one bedroom units and 52 – 825 square foot units.  Also housed in the structure, is space for the management of the entire housing project, as well as areas for community and social programs.
